NHL awards
The NHL Awards are on tonight -- 7pm on every one's favorite station that they have never heard of: Versus.
I am deliberately making a stop at Stitch tonight to pick up some knitting yarn so that I can keep my hands occupied while watching the awards. Otherwise, my TV might be broken tomorrow à la Office Space.
Well, maybe not that bad but lets hope that Gary Bettman understands that he is GIVING the trophy away. I wouldnt mind another booing of him by the fans either.

Well, what did you pick up at StitchDC? Knitting hockey fans want to know.
I didnt even make it there! I ended up having to stay at work till 630pm or so, at which point I rushed home to see the awards at 7. Except they were not on at 7 due to a "technical glith".
I am hoping to get there tonight actually. Any suggestions for summer knitting?
I could use some summer knitting ideas myself...just spent $60 at Stitch and had to put the project away for the time being. They have such great yarn there.
All I can knit are scarves. Just scarves and nothing else. I am trying to branch out!
